Service Description
If you want to learn how to create and edit engaging videos for sharing to websites or social media using your digital camera or smartphone, this is the course for you. We can assist with camera settings and techniques, how to edit videos and even advise you on what gear you may need. We also have a range of cameras, microphones, lighting and more if you would like to try them out.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your booking then we will be happy to offer a place on another course/workshop or a full refund providing that we are given at least 6 days notice. No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 6 days of the course date or for no-shows. Photo Genius Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any photography course or workshop due to bad weather, tutor illness or inadequate enrolment. In the case of cancellations refunds will be made available upon request (with the exception of cancellation due to poor weather.) Wet weather policy If a course or workshop has to be cancelled due to bad weather then participants may choose to attend another course/workshop at a later date as listed on our website. Sorry but we are unable to offer refunds on courses or workshops cancelled or re-scheduled due to bad weather. All refunds transactions are made via PayPal.
